As a vendor with Forsyth County you will need to reset your password by entering your email and click Reset Password.
You will receive an email, be sure to follow the steps provided.

The Forsyth County Procurement Department is pleased to announce the opening of the Vendor Self Service Portal (VSS).

The VSS provides vendors with web based access to the County’s database for vendors to see their company’s information, such as a listing of issued Purchase Orders, Contracts, Invoices, and Checks. Furthermore, VSS offers the ability to upload attachments related to the vendor’s files. VSS also allows the vendor to maintain and update their address, contact information, and desired payment method.

In order for your firm to receive notifications about formal solicitations (Bids, formal quotes, Request for Proposals, etc.), your firm must enter and maintain your contact information, to include a valid e-mail address and the list of commodity codes that represent the goods and services your firm can provide.

Forsyth County has updated their security features using an electronic transaction process. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be required to complete set-up in our Vendor Self Service portal. Your company's contact will be sent a PIN verification number in order to proceed with changes to your account. Once you receive this PIN number please enter the verification PIN.

Please note: For Firms that choose Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as their preferred payment method, the County will only make payments via EFT for up to $150,000.00, any payments over $150,000 will be issued as a check.
