Forsyth County Board of Commissioners Proclaim Support for Law Enforcement
During their July 9 regular meeting, the Forsyth CountyBoard of Commissioners proclaimed their support and appreciation for lawenforcement at the local, State and federal level, and applauded theircommitment to selfless service on behalf of Forsyth County, the State ofGeorgia and the nation.
There are approximately 800,000 law enforcement officersserving in communities across the United States, with more than 600 local lawenforcement agencies in the state of Georgia and Forsyth County has thefourth largest full-service Sheriff’s Office in Georgia.
