VIDEO: Fowler Water Reclamation Facility Gets an Upgrade

As the population in Forsyth County grows, so too must water and sewer infrastructure. Watch the latest edition of On the Move to learn about the expansion at the Fowler Water Reclamation Facility, which is now capable of processing 7.5 million gallons of wastewater per day. 

A ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the completion of the expansion will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at the Fowler Water Reclamation Facility (4050 Carolene Way).

The largest of five Forsyth County Water & Sewer Department Water Reclamation Facilities, the Fowler WRF removes contaminants from household and commercial wastewater and safely discharges it back into the environment.
