Bradley Wright, CPA, willjoin Forsyth County government on July 13 as the deputy director of BusinessesServices for the Water & Sewer Department. In this newly created role, Wrightwill oversee aspects of the department related to finances and customerservice.

Wright brings over 25years of experience in finance and management. His background includes anextensive career with Verizon Wireless, where he held several regional andnational director level positions. Most recently, Wright served as director ofFinancial Planning and Analysis for Verizon Connect in the Atlanta area.

“We are extremely excitedto have a person with Bradley’s experience join our team,” said Water &Sewer Department Director Tim Perkins. “We know that he can help take ourbudgeting, forecasting, financial planning and customer service to a new levelas we continue to provide top level services with a goal of keeping our ratesas low as possible for our customers.”

Wright holds a bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Accounting and Management from Southeast MissouriState University, and a master’s degree in Accountancy from Southern IllinoisUniversity. He acquired his Certified Public Accountant license in 1986.
