6/1/2012 - Finance Committee

On Friday, June 1st, 2012, the Forsyth County Finance Committee held a meeting in the Commissioners’ Conference Room in the Administration Building located @ 110 East Main Street, Cumming, Georgia 30040 for the purpose of discussing the proposed 2013 preliminary budget request. Order of business was for discussion only – no action was taken.

Members present were: Doug Derrer (County Manager), David Gruen (Finance Director), Patrick Bell (Commissioner), Brian Tam (Commissioner) left at 10:15 a.m.

Absent: none

Staff present: Amanda Ream (Budget Manager)

Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. A discussion was held on the 2013 preliminary budget including: capital and new budget items. A discussion was held on delivering the Committee’s recommendations to the Board of Commissioners. Order of business was for discussion only, no action was taken.
