On Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Large Conference Room located at the Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main Street, Suite 210, Cumming, GA 30040, the Selection Committee for the Animal Shelter RFP held a meeting with the following persons present: Donna Kukarola, Steve Rhoades, Dr. John McGruder, Lance White and Melissa Hogan.

The meeting was called to order by Donna Kukarola at 6:02 p.m.
There was a motion by Dr. McGruder and a second by Steve Rhoades to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried with all members in favor (McGruder, Rhoades and White).
There was a motion by Dr. McGruder and a second by Lance White to adopt the minutes of the June 27, 2012 meeting as presented. Motion carried with all members in favor (McGruder, Rhoades and White).
There was a motion by Dr. McGruder and a second by Steve Rhoades to adopt the executive minutes of the June 27, 2012 meeting as presented. Motion carried with all members in favor (McGruder, Rhoades and White).
At 6:03 p.m. there was a motion by Lance White and a second by Dr. McGruder to recess the Regular Meeting and enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion of the sealed proposals received. Motion carried with all members in favor (McGruder, Rhoades, and White).
The Committee came out of recess and reconvened the regular meeting at 6:46 p.m.
At 6:49 p.m. Dr. McGruder called the Animal Control & Shelter Advisory Committee meeting to order.
RECOMMENDATION TO ANIMAL CONTROL & SHELTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Animal Shelter Selection Committee presented their recommendation of RKS Green Consulting / Shelterplanners to the Animal Control & Shelter Advisory Committee.
At 7:01 p.m. there was a motion by Steve Rhoades and a second by Dr. McGruder to adjourn. Motion carried with all members in favor (McGruder, Rhoades and White).
