Forsyth County Concession Stand Operations

Request for Proposal 12-55-5212

The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed proposals until 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2012 for the following:

            To provide Concession Stand operations for Forsyth County Parks & Recreation       Department – Old Atlanta Park, Splash Pad Concession Building.

Copies of the Proposal documents may be obtained from the Forsyth County web site: www.forsythco.com at no cost, on the right hand side click on “Bids & Results” and follow the directions provided to download the document.  Contact the Procurement Department, 770 888 8872, if you require assistance.  If you desire the Department to supply a hard copy of the Proposal there is a non refundable fee of $10.00 (ten dollars).

Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., June 29, 2012 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department, 118 Castleberry Road, Suite 13, Cumming, GA 30040; or may be submitted electronically to dhkukarola@forsythco.com.  Any proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Award of proposal will be made at a later date.  Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.  Proposals will be opened and only names of submitting companies will be read aloud at 2:05 p.m. June 29, 2012 at the Forsyth County Procurement Department.
