VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
1. Cumming Healthcare Group, LLLP CP110002 Applicant is requesting to develop an Independent Living, Skilled Nursing and Senior Housing facility on 16.181 acres of Commercial Business District (CBD) property having 171,939 total building areas with 210 parking spaces.
Located: This property is located on Freedom Parkway approximately 3000 feet south of the intersection with Keith Bridge Road. This property is located in Commission District #5.

Applicant is requesting Home Occupation Permit (HOP) to operate a massage therapy service in the applicant’s residence on 0.49 acres zoned Single Family Residential (R2R).

Applicant is requesting to rezone from Commercial Business District (CBD) and Lake Residential (LR) to Commercial Business District (CBD) on 15.476 acres of property with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for 80,285 square feet of total building area with 96 parking spaces for office, warehouse, outside storage, mini warehouse and daycare. The applicant has requested a variance to eliminate the 40 foot buffer adjacent to tax map and parcel 219-107, and a variance to reduce the rear and side yard setback to allow a setback of 10 feet adjacent to tax map and parcel 219-107.
