Access Forsyth provides a public transportation option throughout all of Forsyth County. Our system is classified as a "Demand Response service." This means that residents make ride appointments; there is no set route as we provide origin-to-destination service. We provide transportation within the boundaries of Forsyth County for medical appointments, shopping, employment, education, personal errands, etc. The system benefits the local community by providing access to local businesses, services and events.

Access Forsyth is operated by the County and is funded by the Board of Commissioners, the Federal Transportation Administration, the Georgia Department of Transportation and passenger fares collected.

How to Schedule a Ride

To schedule a ride on Access Forsyth, please call 770-781-2195 and select the "schedule a ride" option. Once you have registered in the system, you can download the "Mobility by Ecolane" app from the app store and choose Access Forsyth. An online portal is also available at https://forsyth.ecolane.com/selfservice/login.
