Forsyth County is a large deductible member of the Association County Commissioners of Georgia - Interlocal Risk Management Agency (IRMA) which is a risk sharing arrangement among Georgia County Governments that provides insurance coverage in the following areas:

• Automobile Physical Damage and Mobile Equipment
• Automobile Liability
• Comprehensive General Liability
• Law Enforcement Liability
• Public Officials Errors and Omissions Liability
• Employee Benefits Liability
• Crime Coverage
• Boiler and Machinery
• Cyber Liability and Expense

Excess coverages and specialty policies are also purchased in areas where deemed necessary such as Excess General Liability, Pollution Insurance, Cyber Liability and in addition Forsyth County may require companies or individuals doing business with Forsyth County to add Forsyth County Board of Commissioners as an additional insured to their various insurance policies depending on contractual agreements.
