Boil Water Advisory Lifted: Atlanta Hwy from Campground Rd. to Mauldin Dr.
UPDATE: The Boil Water Advisory for the area has been lifted, and customers can return to regular water consumption without boiling.
Due to a damaged water main caused by contracted roadwork, water has been turned off along Atlanta Hwy. in the area of Campground Road to Mauldin Drive. Water will be returned soon, and affected customers should boil all water used for drinking, cooking, or preparing baby food for at least one full minute after reaching a full boil.
A boil water advisory will be issued to impacted customers directly by the Dept. of Water & Sewer.
