BOIL WATER ADVISORY: Nichols Dr. and Various Surrounding Roads
April 16: Due to a water main leak and subsequent repairs, a boil water advisory is in effect for customers from the intersection of Nichols Dr./Sugarberry Ln. to the intersection of Nichols Dr./Rockbass Rd. The boil water advisory has been put in place for customers on the following roads:
- Nichols Drive
- Nichols Ridge Pointe
- Laurel Heights Drive
- Cranbrooke Circle
- Linden Court
- Sugarberry Lane
- Blackwood Lane
- Fairpointe Place
- Rockbass Road
- Moonlight Way
- Pebble Creek Trail
- Pinnacle Lane
- Treetop Drive
- Capstone Court
- Grey Rock Way
- Swallowtail Court
- Wondering Way.
Crews are onsite and water service is being restored in this area as quickly as possible. Those impacted by the outage should boil water before drinking, cooking, or preparing baby food until the boil water advisory is lifted. The water should be boiled for at least one full minute after reaching a full boil.
This boil water advisory is in effect, unless notified otherwise by the Forsyth County Department of Water & Sewer, until samples are gathered, tested in a lab and deemed safe for consumption without the need to boil.
