Forsyth County government’s official website, forsythco.com, has been enhanced to provide a more streamlined, modern experience for online visitors.

“The County has been working on a complete redesign of the website for several months to provide visitors with a more user-friendly interface that allows them to access what they are seeking a little quicker and easier,” said Assistant County Manager Brandon Kenney. “We are excited to present the refreshed website and user experience that will ensure the digital home for Forsyth County is easily accessible, safe and transparent.”

The enhanced website provides new design elements, but also several navigation updates to better serve the needs of residents, businesses and all visitors. Some of the enhancements include:

• Search bar to quickly locate specific webpages
• Tile design for one-click access to resources
• Strategic content layout for improved navigation based on analytics and most visited pages
• Business page that houses all resources needed for businesses
• More mobile friendly experience

Along with providing the most up-to-date County news and events, the redesigned site also provides a more user-friendly experience for visitors seeking to apply for a permit, pay a bill or watch a commission meeting.

The redesigned website launched on Wednesday, Oct. 27, and can be accessed by visiting forsythco.com. The County’s website last received a major update in 2015.
