Public Hearing regarding Amended Capital Improvement Element for Impact Fee Program

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the Forsyth County Impact Fee Program Capital Improvements Element at the board’s meetings on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 5 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing shall be for public review and comment concerning incorporating the recommendations and findings of the March 2016 Impact Fee Study and the August 2016 Parks and Recreation Addendum prepared by Duncan and Associates into the existing Capital Improvement Element.
The public hearing will be held in the Forsyth County Administration Building (Suite 220), located at 110 E. Main Street in Cumming. All Forsyth County residents and any other affected and/or interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
