Public Hearing regarding Possible Extension of Moratorium on the Combination of Lots
Update: At their meeting August 4, 2016, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners approved a Resolution extending a moratorium on lot combinations for a period of 90 days or until such time as Unified Development Code Section 18-2.2 is modified, whichever is shorter.

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2016 to consider a possible 90-day extension of the July 12, 2016 emergency, temporary moratorium on the combination of lots pursuant to Section 18-2.2 of the Forsyth County Unified Development Code. The public hearing will take place at the board’s regular meeting on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 5 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Suite 220 of the Forsyth County Administration Building. All Forsyth County residents and any other affected and/or interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
