Public Hearing Regarding Proposed Modification Related to Conditional Use Permits for Senior Housing in Res 2
On Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 4 p.m., the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing during a special called meeting for the discussion and consideration of an extension, until July 12, 2019, of the existing moratorium on the acceptance of applications for Conditional Use Permits (CUPS) for senior housing, senior independent living in the Res2 zoning district. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Suite 220 of the Forsyth County Administration Building. All Forsyth County residents and any other affected and/or interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.
