Temporary Closure of Martin Road
Updated August 18, 2017: The reconstructed intersection of Martin Road at State Route 9 in northern Forsyth County reopened to through traffic this morning. Thank you to motorists’ for your patience during the temporary closure that allowed these improvements to be completed.
A portion of Martin Road, located in northern Forsyth County, will be temporarily closed to through traffic beginning Monday, June 12. The closure will allow for reconstruction of the intersection at Martin Road and State Route 9.
The road is expected to re-open to through traffic on or before Friday, August 18, weather permitting.
Motorists’ patience during this temporary closure is appreciated.
