Three Eagle Scouts Recognized by Board of Commissioners
At a Dec. 19 meeting, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners recognized the accomplishments of Harrison Baggarly, Scotty Ferber and Alexander Grigorian, who all recently earned the Eagle Scout rank, the highest ranking attainable in the Boy Scouts of America program.
Baggarly’s Eagle Scout Project consisted of planning, gathering materials, coordinating volunteers and building a boardwalk over a muddy section of trail at the Mill Creek Nature Center in Buford, Georgia.
Ferber’s Eagle Scout Project consisted of building music instrument lockers for the North Forsyth Middle School band students, completing over 1,300 service hours and 346 personal hours.
Grigorian’s Eagle Scout Project consisted of fundraising, building and installing three AED enclosures at Lambert High School’s athletic facilities and offering training with the units.
The Board congratulates the Scouts on their outstanding achievements and thanks them for the many hours dedicated to serving the community.
