Winter Basketball Registration Begins October 1
Forsyth County Parks& Recreation will begin accepting registrations for winter basketballMonday, October 1, through Friday, October 19 at 5 p.m. Basketball leagues areoffered for boys and girls ages 9 (by January 1, 2019) through 14.
“The winter basketballleague is a very popular program, and we anticipate another great season,” saidParks & Recreation Director Jim Pryor. “Basketball is a great indooractivity for kids during the colder months.”
Registration will beaccepted online at www.forsythco.com/parks and at the county’s three recreationcenters located at Central Park (2300 Keith Bridge Road), Fowler Park (4110Carolene Way) and Old Atlanta Park (810 Nichols Road). The registration fee is$125 for Forsyth County residents and $250 for non-county residents.
