At our work session yesterday, the Board unanimously approved the following District 4 road improvement bids: A round-about at Settingdown Road and Martin Road, left and right turn lanes at Bannister Road and Elmo Road and a traffic light and turn lanes at Highway 9 and Smith Lane.
